i saw a journal CSS and as of about 5 hours ago it said we all can has journal skins, and the one i found was pretty sweet, but i cant use it...do i still need to subscribe to get a journal skin?

also, I NEED A JOB so if anyone knows of anything...although i think i actually only know a few of you...
